Recipes with Pizza Dough
Rolls of almonds, raisins and cinnamon
INGREDIENTS: (for 30 rolls)
1 package Pizza Dough KANAKI 650g
100 g raisins
100 g dried cranberries
zest with 1 orange and 1 lemon
1 tsp. of sweet cinnamon
50 g finely chopped fruits
100 g almonds
½ cup of crystallized sugar
1 egg beaten with 2 tablespoons of water
½ cup of powdered sugar
½ cup almonds fillet
Put the almond, crystalline sugar and the egg white in the multiplier or blender and mix the mixture. Prepare the rolls as directed, put them over with the beaten egg and sprinkle with the almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200˚C for about 20 minutes. Once cooked, lightly sprinkle rolls of powdered sugar and let them cool before serving.
For making Rolls:
1. Open the pizza dough on the workbench and spread the mixture with the marzipan on its surface. Spread all the surface with raisins, cranberries, orange and lemon zest, and finely chopped fruit.
2. Cut the dough lengthwise into two parts. Wrap each part in a roll from the larger side.
3. Cut each roll into 15 slices. Put each slice with your hand to spread it and put it in a shallow baking sheet with non-stick labels.
