Pancakes with honey and walnuts
INGREDIENTS:
1 package Pizza Dough KANAKI 650g
1 cup honey
1 cup grated walnuts
cinnamon
olive oil for frying
PREPARATION
Heat the olive oil over low heat, in a saucepan. After you have fried the pancakes, remove them from the pan and allow them to drain on paper towels or kitchen paper. Pour honey over them and sprinkle with the grated walnuts and cinnamon.
For making Pancakes:
1. Lay the pastry sheet on a clean surface. Cut the sheet vertically into 16 strips while still in its protective film.
2. Then cut horizontally into 6 strips.
3. Separate the pastry pieces and fry them in olive oil, in small quantities, to prevent them from sticking together. Make sure the oil is not too hot.
