Filo Pastry

Fried Cheese pies with sesame
INGREDIENTS: (for 24 mini pies)
1 package Country Style Filo pastry KANAKI 650g
250 gr. crumbled feta cheese
100 gr. grated Parmesan cheese
150 gr. ricotta cheese grated
3 eggs
½ tsp. sweet cumin
2 tsp. soup sesame
100 gr. melted butter for sheets
Vegetable oil for frying
Mix in a bowl the feta, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, cumin and sesame. Whisk the eggs, pour them in the cheese mixture and stir. Prepare the pies as instructed and then heat the vegetable oil and fry them. Let them drain on absorbent paper and serve.
For making Mini Pies:
1. Cut the sheets lengthwise into 4 strips.
2. Brush 1 sheet lightly with butter. Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture on one corner of the sheet. Cover the filling by folding the sheet in a triangular shape.
3. Continue folding into a triangle. Repeat with remaining Filo pastry sheets and filling.
