Cheese Twists with Haloumi Cheese

INGREDIENTS: (for 6 cheese pies)
1 package Country Style Filo pastry KANAKI 650g250 gr. crumbled Haloumi cheese
200 gr. Katiki cheese
1 cup yogurt
3 tsp. dried mint
4 eggs
4 tbsp. black sesame seeds
olive oil for brushing
salt, pepper
PREPARATION
In a bowl, combine the Haloumi, Katiki, yogurt, 3 eggs, mint and two pinches of salt and pepper. Prepare the cheese twists and place them on a baking tray. Beat remaining egg and brush the twists. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180oC for 45 minutes.

1. Brush a sheet with olive oil, fold it in the middle (on length) and brush again.

2. Put 1/6 of the filling along the longest side. Roll up the sheet, damping its outer side with water to prevent it from breaking.

3. Shape the roll into a spiral. Continue in the same way with the remaining ingredients.
