Filo Pastry

Mini Pies with white chocolate and almonds
INGREDIENTS: (for 32 mini pies)
1 package Extra Fine Filo pastry KANAKI 450g
400 g white chocolate
100 g almonds baked and peeled
150 g melted butter
4 tsp. of powdered sugar on the surface
Chop or rub the chocolate and almonds and stir. Prepare the chocolate pies according to the instructions, put them in a shallow baking dish and spread the surface with butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180˚C for 35 minutes. Allow the chocolate pies to cool for a few minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
For making Mini Pies:
1. Open the sheets on the worktop. Brush 7 leaves with butter and put them on top of each other. You cut them in 4 parts horizontally and vertically, creating 16 rectangular sheets.
2. Put on each sheet some of the filling mixture.
3. Fold the two opposite corners, creating a triangle. Repeat in the same way as other materials.
