Recipes with Puff Pastry

INGREDIENTS: (for 1 pie 40 x 30 cm)
1 package Puff Pastry KANAKI 800g
2 tsp. of butter soup
2 tsp. of flour
1 cup of milk
250 g ham pork ham cut into smaller pieces
6 eggs
1 cup of grated sweet grape
1 cup of grated radish
¼ tsp. of sweet nutmeg
Salt Pepper
For Surface:
1 egg yolk
2 tsp. of soup milk
Heat the butter in a small pot and pour the flour. Stir and pour the milk. Leave for 3-4 minutes on medium heat, salt, pour the nutmeg and pour the mixture into a large bowl. Add the ham, the grated cheese, the eggs lightly whipped and a little pepper and stir the mixture. Prepare the pie according to instructions and bake it in a preheated oven at 180˚C for about 55 minutes.
For making Pie in a rectangular pan:

1. Take a large shallow baking pan, lay it with non-stick labels and spread one puff pastry sheet. Apply the mixture by leaving a gap at least 2 cm apart from the edges of the puff pastry.

2. Brush a little water over the edges of the sheet and cover with the other puff pastry sheet. Push the edges with a fork to get stuck.

3. Wipe the surface at 5-6 points to let the steam go out as the pie is baked. Beat the yolk with the milk and lay the surface.
